I'm curious about what you find more useful if you were using a customer feedback tool for a Saas product. If you had to choose, would you prefer:

1. Integrating Google Forms so that you could also get analysis alongside your existing surveys.
2. The ability to share survey results externally.

I ask because I put this to my customer base and it's kinda split 50/50 down the middle. I need to decide on which I do first so I thought I'd ask your opinions :)

so i'm about to launch, and i'm lost in the jungle of customer feedback tools.  
I don't want to spend 100$ a month just for customer feedback for my bootstraped project, you know..

I found one that i quite like : featurebase.  
It checks pretty much all my requisites :

*  Some kind of forum 
* a on page widget with chat/polls etc for fast feedback

There is even a free version. However, to get the widget (mandatory !) it's already $40. Then if you want the full user integration, user segmentation it's $124.

So, before going further down the rabbit hole of comparing customer feedback app,  **i'm wondering, what customer feedback tools are you using with satisfaction ?**

Have You Used Any Customer Feedback Apps to Get Feedback on New Features?

As a small business owner in the tech/startup space, customer support is one of the most important facets of my business. 

I find myself always busy with stuff to do, endless tasks, so automation is something that I really place a premium on.   
These are all the tools in my current stack. What am I missing?

**All-in-one Tools (Live chat, Knowledge Base, Customer Helpdesk)**

* We’ve been through Zendesk, Intercom, and the likes. Currently, we’re testing Help Crunch. It literally has the same feature-set and premium feel as Intercom but cheaper.

**Product Churn Tools**

* We’ve tried dozens of tactics on how to use customer support solutions as a first line of product-churn mitigation. Knowledge bases work great, but they still can’t deliver the 1-on-1 fully personalized query resolution our customers want.
* We’ve been using Scribe (by Cursive) to deliver precision onboarding support and solve product queries. It’s been a godsend.

**Customer Feedback Tools**

* Again, we’ve tried everything from Qualaroo to Typeform surveys. Feedier, so far, is the only customer feedback tool that I found that leverages gamification to a T. 

**Mention Tracking Tools**

* Monitoring brand mentions has been extremely helpful in preventing user churn and the occasional disgruntled customer meltdown on social media. Brandwatch is probably the best solution out in the market that we tested...but... you’ll be paying a hefty monthly premium. I found Mention or Awario to be almost as good for a fraction of the price.

Once upon a time, I stumbled across an app that had an awesome (3rd party) customer feedback tool. It felt very similar to Github's "Issues", but I remember it being more comprehensive and open to non-developers. Anyone can open a request, and votes could be made on each ticket, which were ordered/prioritized by the number of upvotes it had. Seemingly, the goal was to allow users to prioritize the issues/feature requests for the developers/company.

The website had a blue-ish theme and had a domain along the lines of "[fixmyissue.com](https://fixmyissue.com)" or "[fixthisnow.com](https://fixthisnow.com)" -- something very straightforward like that.

I've been searching fo a while and coming up empty-handed. Please let me know if you know of this service, or also if you know of any services like it!

Trying to remember the name of an awesome customer feedback service

As described in the title I'm looking at building a customer feedback tool which captures some basic data from a pre-determined set of fields e.g. product name, age, gender, geographic location, then allows the customer to enter some free text (probably limited to around 500 characters) on why they had a negative experience, or why they made a complaint.

In terms of analytics, I'm hoping to be able to identify the most common words or phrases entered by all customers who complained about a particular product so I can assemble the data into a report e.g. Most customers who complained about "Product X" indicated they were concerned about: "too expensive", "poor quality", "service", "delivery", "strange smell".
As a bit of a laugh I might also include a random sample of comments on the report page - ideally would like to be able to filter these automatically for swear words.

What are some ways I could go about this? I was thinking that I might be able to embed an existing survey tool into the page e.g. a Survey Monkey text field, and then use its analytics to produce the report (although I think a custom, open-source solution would be better long term). 
Anyone have any experience with things like the Apache NLP / text mining toolkits? Are they too complex for a project like this?

We're starting to grow, and I'm looking at different ways we can handle the large influx of customer service requests. We pretty much just need something that creates tickets once a customer emails our shop, updates the ticket as we respond / as the customer messages us, and maybe some simple automated responses for FAQs. 

My initial idea was to set up an integration between our store and Jira, and use some NLP libraries to handle automated responses for FAQs, but after a bit of research it looks like there's a ton of tools that can just do this for us (Jira Service Management, Zendesk, etc.). The only thing is, we're a very small team, and a lot of these seem to be built for medium-sized businesses (and are priced as such as well).

TLDR; We're a very small business with a lot of customer service requests, what relatively affordable customer service software would you recommend? And is my idea of just setting it up on my own stupid?

Help me decide on a customer service solution for a small ecommerce business

Hey there - our site gets about 50 emails a day. We only have 2 products but we have different quality issues, questions, shipping questions. 

Currently our shopify forms and everything just lead to our gmail account. I have an assistant in the Philippines responding to emails. I sometimes see 1 star reviews online from people that say they never got a response. It may or may not be true.

Is there a better way to go about this? Is there a platform with some more transparency for me as the owner to know what is being followed up or not? As we grow and get more customer service reps, some way to have more than 1 person using some sort of back end customer service software?

So I  have been trying different tools, and so far the ones ive tried are pretty great. And as I read this subreddit I see the same Pros and cons for pretty much them all. But I don't see one future mentioned in any of them, the one feature that I am looking for.
